Belvedere Eye Center is OPEN for routine eye care!

To keep our patients and staff safe, Belvedere Eye Center has developed enhanced precautions in our office, such as:

Limiting access into our office and exam room to the patient ONLY

*one caregiver allowed for minors

Requiring all patients and caregivers (including children age 2 and older) wear a mask or face covering when in the office

Asking you to wait outside of our office or in your vehicle or while completing paperwork or while waiting to be called for your appointment

Asking all patients and caregivers to wash their hands upon entering our office

Checking temperatures with a non-contact forehead thermometer on all patients entering our office

Taking retinal imagining on all patients when possible *may be an additional fee/co-pay

Asking that you avoid touching your face, nose, mouth while in our office

Asking that all patients and caregivers try to maintain social distancing, approximately 6 ft away from other patients and our staff when possible
We are also taking additional steps to ensure our office provides a safe and clean environment for your exam and eye care needs:

Disinfecting counters and public areas at least every hour

Sanitizing entire exam room and all equipment after each patient

Wearing masks by the staff to help protect our patients

Sanitizing all frames in our optical after tried-on by patients
To minimize time and contact in our office, we recommend that you click below to fill out your paperwork at home and bring it with you to your appointment.
Please inform our office and reschedule your appointment (in two weeks) if you or a family member have had a recent fever, cough, shortness of breath, feel sick, have COVID-19 or are being tested for COVID-19.
