Virtual visits are not available for comprehensive eye exams, glasses prescriptions, or contact prescriptions. Some eye conditions are not treatable via a telemedicine visit. Your doctor will inform you if your visit must be scheduled in our office.
How to Schedule your Virtual Eye Appointment Today

Follow the steps below to schedule an appointment with one of our doctors safely from your home via your smartphone.

Download the App
Click the link to download the app. Register for your account using your phone number or email address. Allow access to the camera or microphone.
Available for iPhone 6s or higher and Android 9.0 or higher.

Complete Registration
Select My Account, complete the following sections: Personal Information, Payment Information, and Insurance Information. Select Find a Doctor/Clinic and select Belvedere Eye Center or Dr. Ilana Ginsburg.

Schedule a Virtual Visit
Select Start a Consultation, select your payment method, choose General Consultation, and follow the instructions.

Your Virtual Visit
Your doctor will call you via the app during your scheduled time unless otherwise communicated.
